Cirteq Ltd Suggestion Scheme Awards
At Cirteq we motivate employees to achieve quality objectives and make continual improvements to our ways of working. We believe that our internal suggestion scheme promotes innovation by rewarding those who put forward successful ideas for improvements, for example an idea that improves quality or our service to customers.
We are pleased to announce that Ray Jagger, Operator/Setter, in Specials, has recently been presented with a Suggestion Scheme Award by Paul Watkins-Burke, Managing Director.
In the coiling department the company came across difficulties when coiling a particular part, and a solution was required urgently. Ray designed and made a conversion which meant we could convert this part from a large coiler to a small coiler with very little effort.
The successful suggestion from Ray enabled the company to continue making this part. In recognition of his innovation and problem-solving skills, and in acknowledgement of the success of his suggestion, Ray was awarded with a certificate and £100 in vouchers of his choice.
